About the snorkeling tour at the Hong islands

This day trip takes you from Krabi, Ao Nang or surroundings to the beautiful Hong islands. Two way transfers are included, as well as Thai buffet lunch, full insurance, a professsional guide, drinking water and snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel). The national park fee is excluded from the booking price. Please pay the entrance fee directly to the Thai government on arrival: THB 300 per adult and THB 100 per child. What to expect on this tour

The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel or villa. Our driver and guide will meet you at your hotel at around 8:00 if you’re staying in Krabi Town or Klong Muang. If your hotel is in Ao Nang, we will pick you up around 8:30. The pickups take around 30 minutes, after which we arrive at Nopparat Thara pier. Here we board the longtail boat at around 9:00 and we head to the Hong islands. Our first stop is Koh Daeng or Red island. This beautiful red rock is famous for its crystal clear waters and good snorkeling opportunities. Enjoy the coral and fish and swim or snorkel around.

The longtail boat then takes us to Koh Lading, also known als Paradise island. Here you can get to the beach and enjoy the fine white sands. Just relax, play ferris or go swimming or snorkeling again. This island is also known for its shallow bird caves, which you can explore if you want.

Hong Lagoon or Hong beach is our next stop. These rock formations are towering out of the water, which is a great photo opportunity. The lagoon is encircled by high karst formations. Take a look at the wildlife and everything else nature has blessed us with. If the tide is high, you can also jump in for a swim here.

The boat then takes us to Hong island beach. We enjoy a Thai buffet lunch (vegetarian food available) and relax for a while. Take a look at the long stretch of beach and jump in if you need to be refreshed after lunch.

At around 15:00 we board the longtail boat again for our return journey to Nopparat Thara beach. This should take around 45 minutes, depending on the water conditions. We arrive at the pier at 16:00, from where our air conditioned minivans will bring you back to the hotel. An experience never to forget!

Please note that you can spend the free time during this tour as you please. You can either relax or sleep, or go sunbathing the whole day. Snorkeling equipment is included for those who want to explore the under water life. Or just explore the beautiful wildlife and nature of South Thailand!

One day snorkeling tour to Hong islands by longtail boat

Enjoyable trip for our small family. The pickup was smooth and on time and the boat ride to the islands takes around 45 minutes. We were lucky with the weather which was amazing. Snorkeling is ok around the islands and the best at Hong island itself. Can't go wrong for the price!

What a fun day we had with the family. The trip was so fun my kids had a ball. the lagoon was awesome.We did some snorkeling which I recommend you do. very good for families.

No complaint about this tour. We came with a group of people and we all had a great time. This i would recommend.
